Ashley is a result-focused business executive with 20+ years of HR and Operations experience. She is passionate about developing a positive workplace culture and being part of the operational leadership team.

Born and raised across the mountains, Piedmont, and ocean shores of North Carolina, Ashley has a great perspective of being a true Carolinian. She and her husband, Rodger, have 4 wonderful children that they enjoy spending time with as often as possible. In her spare time, Ashley enjoys traveling, gardening and relaxing anywhere close to the sea.
